Description
General guide for cooperative ITS initiatives that is structured to define an agreement on the general principles of cooperation & to provide a scope of services for specific initiatives. This cooperative plan addresses technology improvements and shared technology resources where appropriate. The goal is to foster timely, reciprocal and consistent issuance of permits for work in the other Party's right of way on technology systems & to manage operations to combine effectiveness and best service to the public.
