Agreement (MOU) between Lake County Office of Emergency Management and Lake County Division of Transportation. Incident data is automatically communicated from the OEM management system to Lake County TMC. In return, OEM receives access to camera images available at incident locations, and traffic management support to improve incident location safety and reduce congestion.
