THIS AGREEMENT WAS IN EXISTENCE UNTIL 2014. LAKE COUNTY NOW OWNS AND OPERATES ALL EVP EQUIPMENT, AND INSTALLS IT AS A STANDARD PART OF SIGNAL UPGRADE/INSTALLATION. THIS RECORD IS RETAINED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES.
