	Provide the ability to request city services or report non–emergency police incidents through 3–1–1 phone system.
	Provide Emergency Operations Center for city of Chicago, directing emergency operations during major emergencies and disasters.
Cook County Sheriff	Provide emergency call taking for unincorporated areas of Cook County.
	Dispatch Cook County Sheriff vehicles to respond to emergency requests in the unincorporated areas of Cook County.
Cook County Sheriff Emergency Management Agency	Provide comprehensive emergency management that integrates all departments, levels of government, and the private sector during disasters.
DuPage County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management	Develop countywide preparedness plan.
	Provide Emergency Operations Center for DuPage County responsible for directing emergency operations during major emergencies and disasters.
	Provide comprehensive emergency management that integrates all departments, levels of government, and the private sector during disasters.
DuPage County Sheriff	Dispatch county sheriff, fire and EMS for unincorporated areas of the county.
	Provide emergency call taking (911) for unincorporated portions of DuPage County.
	Provide countywide emergency call taking for cell phone calls.
Grundy County Office Emergency Management	Provide comprehensive emergency management that integrates all departments, levels of government, and the private sector during disasters.
Grundy County Sheriff	Provide emergency call taking (911) for unincorporated areas of Grundy County.

Illinois Emergency Management Agency	Coordination of emergency response and recovery efforts at a statewide level.
Illinois State Police District 15	Dispatch of state police vehicles operating on the Tollway system in northeastern Illinois.
Illinois State Police Districts 2, 5, and Chicago	Dispatch of state police vehicles operating on the state roads within the region.
