IDOT Arterial Construction Closure Application Website
Description
This project will develop the software, communications, and processing needed to implement a web–based arterial lane closure request system for IDOT District 1 Resident Engineers (RE) to enter construction data. The IDOT RE approval will be transmitted to the contractor. The construction information will also automatically be sent to appropriate IDOT staff and to real time traffic information providers (Gateway/TravelMidwest).
