Description
IDOT and several counties are currently developing a base interagency agreement and working out operational specifics for deploying interagency signal coordination. There is an existing agreement with Lake County DOT, which has been signed. This agreement is a template for others to follow. These agreements allow other system operators to operate IDOT signals.
